What to bring

  • A list of your current medications
  • Dental insurance information
  • **If you are under 18 a parent guardian must accompany you to your initial visit
  • **Please let us know ahead of time if you have a medical condition that may be of concern such as diabetes, high blood pressure etc.

During your first visit to our office, we will take some time to get to know you and to introduce you. We will discuss in detail your dental needs and desires so that we may provide you with the highest possible level of care. You will initially be seen by Dr. Speirs or Jensen for a comprehensive oral exam in which we will evaluate the health of your teeth and gums, review the necessary x-rays and collaborate to make an assessment of your oral condition in order to design a customized dental health plan tailored to your needs.

Once we determine the condition and health of your gums, a return visit is scheduled for the appropriate type of dental cleaning. If it is discovered that you need any treatment, a treatment plan and estimate will be prepared and presented to you. You will have the chance to review the recommended treatment, and address any questions or concerns prior to scheduling any procedure.

Insurance and Financial

Payment Policy

For your convenience, we accept cash, check, Visa, and Mastercard. We do offer financing for people with good credit with various term options ranging from 6 months to 5 years, and some plans are available at 0% financing. (Contact our office for details.) We would also be happy to discuss other payment arrangements on a case-by-case basis. We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. If you have questions regarding your account, please contact us. Many times, a simple telephone call will clear any misunderstandings.

We offer a wide range of payment options and work with most major insurance providers for your convenience. We will always work to maximize the contribution your specific plan might pay. Any remaining balance is your responsibility, and we will discuss with you up front how much of the treatment cost you should expect to pay.
